For the benefit of us up here in the Great White North (Canada), please post here and/or in the photograph session re: the cost of sending photos to the U.S. I can send a money order in U.S. funds, but don't want to short change anyone re: the shipping costs. Please reply asap. I'd like to order at least two of these photos (one for me and one as a surprise gift for a friend).
