The Universe was a film image shown on the floor of the Science Museum. His hair seemed to softly ripple in the breeze caused by the air conditioning. His eyes seemed to glow as he studied the stars on the floor. A group of women soon joined him and (Your Turn Jennie) : : : : : : : : : : "Uh-oh," he thought. "I'm outnumbered here!" : : : : : : : : : : Suddenly his Dad showed up with a bunch of multicolored paper roses and handed them to him. : : : : : : : : : : "Is this your fanclub Son?" : : : : : : : : : : : "Dad, Thanks!" Robin said as he turned to the waiting throng. With his usual charm he handed each lady one of the paper flowers and gave them a hug. This more than appeased most who were present except... : : : : : : : : : : the two brunettes who were approaching him again. The first woman was in a scooter wheelchair and the other was walking next to her fingerspelling some words. The first woman Robin recognized but didn't recognize the second : : : : : : : : : : Then a little man in a wheelchair rolled up and started talking with everyone. The little man was introduced by the stranger brunette to the woman in the chair and then to Robin. Then the little man introduced the 5 foot tall brunette to Robin and his father. : : : : : : : : : : The 2 men looked at her and suddenly burst out at the same time : : : : : : : : : : "Purpy!!" : : : : : : : : : : She then smiled and, with a twinkle in her eye, slowly reached into her oversized bag. Her hand searched for something and suddenly stopped. She raised her right eyebrow and her jaw slacked a bit while her head nodded in recognition of the secret object. : : : : : : : : : Purpy looked at Robin, as if telepathically sending a message which Robin was beginning to get visions of...and began pulling back. He couldn't *believe* that she was thinking that! But Purpy held her gaze upon him with such vibrant power that he could not really pull away. : : : : : : : : : She almost had the object out of the tote. Everyone turned to her, wondering about this unusual feel in the air. But the stranger who had been fingerspelling began to speak softly. : : : : : : : : : "From the beginning of time we have been waiting for you. We knew that you would come. The time is right for us to meet. And where one beginning has had an ending, we are always brought to another beginning. Do you recognize this?!" : : : : : : : : : And from out of the large tote, Purpy's hand finally emerged with a bag of chocolates she handed out to all present except her boyfriend who had rolled away to another section of the Science Museum with Jeffrey. They were talking up a storm about different things. : : : : : : : : "Well now that we're alone with you Shall we proceed to the private conference room where I have some other refreshments waiting?" The ladies all surrounded Robin and talked about the different sites in the Museum and wended their way through each area giving him a tour He knew would be unforgettable. : : : : : : : : When they got to the room they noticed that it was set up to be a party area and in the corner there was a table set up with a huge cake and all the different type of beer in the world! Moreover, there was an exquisite Ice Sculpture which had been carved in the likeness of a tall man reaching for the stars. : : : : : : : The lights to the room seemed to answer to the tune of the vibrations of each person as they came into the room gasping at the beauty of the colored lights dancing off of mirrors and water fountains of all sizes about the room. Robin had stayed at the outside of the door greeting each person as they entered, as a proper host would always do. His Father and the gentleman in the wheelchair were near the last to enter before Robin and the two strange women entered and closed the door behind them. : : : : : : : Just then the Lights changed into a dramatic splash of colors that could only be described as a likeness to the Aura Borealis. The most brilliant colors focused on those who had just entered the room. : : : : : : : "Then it is *true*!" exclaimed Purpy. "You were right all along! He has the talent and the true nature of One on the Path!" She turned to her campanion who had not spoken since her earlier words to Robin. "What can we do to assist him?" : : : : : : : Her companion looked at Robin, who no longer felt uneasy with them. "He knows but he doesn't realize it yet." This made Robin feel : : : : : : a bit puzzled, but as he looked out over the crowd, he could feel the warmth and love filling the room. : : : : : : "we have all come together.." he says softly and smiles. : : : : : : as he watched the crowd, he sees a sturdy-looking woman, with red hair, green eyes, tanned and freckled give : : : : : : a big hug to Kudos and Purple, and a handshake to Jeffrey. With a merry grin, she waves at Robin.."come join : : : : : : your adoring fans..if you dare!" and he knows it must be sjso. He walks over, and sjso gives him a hand shake, then : : : : : : pulls out her camera and starts snapping pictures of everyone. : : : : : Robin posed with everyone and then Purple took the camera from Sjso and had her pose with the others in a group shot one of the last on the roll. : : : : With the last flash from the roll came even a brighter light, which momentarily blinded everyone. When their eyes could refocus, they all saw with amazment that they were dressed in the dark clothes of the telepaths. : : : : Looking around, Jennie realizes where they are first, "We are aboard the Babylon 5 station." Shaking her head in amusement, "we weren't suppose to end up here." : : : : Purpy glances over to her, "Well nobody is perfect, look at the bright side at least we made it!" Looking at the camera in her hand, "I was certain I programmed this for the sanctuary not the station." Gazing at the group, "It looks like everyone made it." : : : : "That is a relief, at least, but what do we do now?" asks Jennie monitioning to the others to draw closer. : : : : Robin gazes at them in undisguised wonder, "Are you two responsible for our ending up here?" : : : Purpy and Jennie look to each other and then back at Robin, shrug their shoulders and nod to him. "Yes we did it, now that we are back aboard the station. You have much work to do, are you ready?" : : : Robin stares at them in astonishment, "Ready? Ready for what?" : : : "What must be done!" replies a silent voice from behind them. A figure clothed all in black approaches the stunned group. Then pointing to the group that came with Robin, "They must be returned home now." Turning to face Jennie and Purpy, "You weren't suppose to bring them all here. Why didn't you go to the sanctuary?" : : : With half a smile, Purpy turns towards the figure, "I messed up on the coordinates." : : : "Well hopefully you have the correct coordinates in now! Now send them home, before we have to explain to security what we did!" Jennie looks at the group and sends out reassures telepathical. Then speaks to the group, "Don't panic, everthing will be alright." : : Purpy looked down at her clothes shocked to see they'd turned black. She did a fast doubletake and looked for Kudos and Jeffrey in the crowd of stunned women. They weren't there. Purpy signed to Jennie "Kudos is not here and neither is Jeffrey!" Purple checked the coordinates and heard a distant alert for security to assist a pair of befuddled men who were being held by a pair of angry Drazi because they were looking Purple and the Drazis were hard core Greens.... The Figure in Black had red hair and went after telling all to remain in the room to get Kudos and Jeffrey. She soon returned and then arranged the transport home of those who wanted to go. Purple was about to follow the black clad redhead when...... : The lights suddenly started flashing! Purpy looked over quickly to Jennie handing her the camera, then rushed to Robin's side. "Something must have tripped the alarms, our arrival shouldn't have done it though, I think." : Setting in the return coordinates, Jennie mutters, "With everything else that has gone on, I wouldn't be surprised!" Then turning toward the startled group, she tried to calm them, "Listen, this won't hurt, so don't panic." Smiling to reassure them, "I promise you'll get home safely." : The figure, who was clothed all in black, moved through a patch of light revealing the true color of the hair which was dark blue almost close to black, "Everyone, who has no memory of being here before stand together; there isn't much time!" Motioning to the people to go nearer to the wall. Then looking over to Robin, "Everything shall be explained later, I promise. I am thankful that you are back though, you have been missed." : Robin stared at the dark robed figure, "Who are you? What are you?" : Bowing his head slightly, "I am a friend. Have no fear."
