I noticed on the UK B5 forum that you asked about cons in the UK Robin. There are only two upcoming ones that I know of, this year's Wolf 359, and the Wrap Party.
Wolf 359 started off as a Star Trek con, but was quickly and almost completely taken over by B5. Various members cast and production staff (including JMS) have appeared at it in the past, and this year the SFX magazine awards (which are likeley to be dominated by B5 yet again) are being presented there. I've never been to it myself, but I've heard its a lot of fun. Details below.
