: For those who wish to help staff a table I will need your name (to contact you at the hotel if needed and verify with Con Staff), which Convention/where/when, and your email address. If you would PLEASE email me as soon as possible we can get things organized...you folks might already know the staff!
: I need ONE person to act as the Fan Club Ambassador at each convention...and others helping will have special designations given WHEN YOU EMAIL ME!!
: We will rotate these Ambassadorships at each convention and I will need to coordinate with you on activities!

I'll be at Trek this weekend, but I'm still waiting to hear from you Jennie on whether you'll be there or not. I'll only be able to check my email up until 11 p.m. EST tonight. After that, well, hopefully we'll meet up at the con or ??
