I hope you don't mind my responding (newbie that I am), but IMHO, I believe you are right. I have all too often found a place I would like to consider my "home", only to see it disintegrate through dissention and dis-ease.
One other point to consider: There are plenty of
other places in the Web universe more geared for "flaming" and the such. Best to take it there, where they give as good as they get.
