The fire and water. Fire doesn't bother me,
water does (and I'm a Pisces!!). It takes a lot to
get me to go swimming in a lake or a deep pool. If
I'm with someone I trust, it's okay, I'll go in. Very
rarely do I go under (though as a kid, I was like a
fish!)
The person I dreamt about then met was a guy. We became
best of friends (platonic - honest). We were very close.
We both felt that we had known each other for years. On
my part, I think it was because of the dreams. He use to
tell me that he couldn't believe how well I knew him. I
remember calling him in the middle of the night one
evening and telling him that an image of him had shot
into my head and I felt this strange panic. I had woke
him up from an extremely bad nightmare. Things like that
often happened between us.
We eventually parted ways. A few years back I went months
without being able to get him out of my head. I had no way
to reach him. By some strange coincedence, I met his mother
some months after. She told me she had cancer and had only
found out about a year ago. My friend was very close to his
mother so I concluded this was why he was on my mind.
I've never had a connection like that with anyone else. Some
times it was scary.
Have you ever thought of being hypnotized to see if you really
did exist in some other time? And as who? That would be very
interesting.
