: My sweet Sir Jeffrey,

: I do but tease and dart and prick thou Armour... With my gentle and benign jests.....

: Save your poor son's pride, dear Sire Downes, speak of his athletic prowess or his artistic triumphs..... Potty training be it ever so photogenic, leave be....

: : Ahhhhh you state, have you finally done yourself with stainless blade or is this more Yank lingo to which I have to adjust?

: : A poser, in the cradle, God the lad used to pose upon the pot, despite his inflated cheeks.

: : : Ahhhh My sweet Sir Jeffrey,

: : : Did your bonny blond son pose in his cradle ?

Me thinks the lady did ask for a silly answer whent the question
was posed...
To be brief and to the point... like father like son...
We are one and the same...
Me thinks we should ask grandmama of her son as a child...
Ahhh to go back and meet the boy that became the man...
Perhaps to go for a long ride through the countryside of Wales...
Armed with a bacon sannie and surrounded by grass in case the tire should blow...
To sit around the table with his brothers...
To see his father... probably much the same as I will be....
As I remember my father... and as he remembers oh too well...
Perhaps one day I shall have a son of my own and reflect in a different way...
Like father like son...
To look upon a mirror image to gaze beyond and deep into his soul...
And understand all those questions...
And all the passion that I knew was possible...
I will want him to strive for more... and a little less...To enjoy...
To LIVE... TO wonder... And to love...
simply...
Looking forward to seeing you in March Dad!
Love Robin
