I'm willing to contribute - the more the merrier -
and individually cheaper! Plus the hotel rate's
not bad and if we can either get a corporate rate
or someone donate's frequent flyer miles - all in
all - I think it's doable. Just put the word out
to East Coast fans who want a chance to see RAD.
Maybe we can work out a deal with ShoreLeave -
50/50. An additional, POPULAR guest for half the
price.
Last year a friend of mine, who is a member of
Chase Masterston's fan club (DS9) dragged me with
him to a brunch they had in her honor at ShoreLeave
which the fan club had paid to bring her to attend.
So this is not an unreasonable idea - although
the 8:00AM breakfast time was! That time of day
on Sunday is meant to be slept through - I'm sure
it's written down as canon somewhere!
So let's start chatting and posting and talking'
to the ShoreLeave committee.
