Besides, anyone (including myself) who actually has
worn a Great Kilt, Breaccan Fille-style, like Braveheart)
can attest all that woven wool can get rather warm to
wear. No wonder the bottom of the garment is left so
open, and undergarments optional: In ye olden days, they
referred to that as "air conditioning"
