I pop in every now and again but to date have never posted a message - however - now seems appropriate. One of the things I've admired and commented about on this forum is that it seemed to stand apart from "Byron" - and other 'fan'forums - it wasn't a constant chattering about a characater Robin played once a long time ago - but a genuine exchange between people who were interested in what was happening to each other as well as what was going on with Robin and his career. I have met the gentleman several times (Wyerd Systers) and have found him to be a delightful and interesting person. There was no carping going on in this forum - at least until recently - so.... 2 things:
1) To Lucy - if she hasn't been true to her word and taken a hike (and to others like her)- tossing unsubstantiated opinion and innuendos around the net that might damage a reputation deliberately or not - is slander and/or libel and is an actionable offense.
2) It is also meanspirited and doesn't speak well for the individual tossing off such innuendos. Your opinion is your own and you are entitled to it - however - not at the expense of another's reputation.
okay - 3 things.... yes - it is disappointing that Robin isn't on the forum as often as before - but you should be pleased - it means he is busy - hopefully auditioning, developing his poetry and/or his music. Which means we may be seeing more of him on the screen and/or TV and isn't that what you want?
