Yes he does! That is...former father. ;) We switched him out last night for our big tangerine discus. He's seems much more respectful to the mommy fish *nicknamed Mini Me because she a smaller version of The Mothership*. They seem to be getting along pretty well. No flower pot cleaning or other mating behavior yet but I wouldn't be surprised if we see some of that within the next couple of days. She's one horny little fishy!! They're only supposed to lay eggs every 7-14 days but she did it twice within a 3 days period. lol So we'll see.
