Hope you are in good health as well Robin. I wish I'd popped in here sooner and saw that before this weekend
Just was at a quiet little literary/gaming con this weekend, Spent NYE with my feller and celebrated his bday too same day.
My parents got me and the feller matching little radios, and they came in handy when he and I were in a Star Wars live action role-playing game Saturday.
The woman who ran the game thought it was a scream that when my feller and I were apart doing stuff as part of the game we used them to keep in touch.
Hope you had a great time in Japan seeing your brother and his family.
