: : : : : Hi All! : : : : : Dawn (aka Xenos) brought up a good point with me regarding the negatives to original photos. She does not trust the Snail Mail any more than I do...therefore, I shall amend the directions in so much as the photographer must bring the photo and the negative to a Notary with our Release (sent via email upon request). The Release will state that for photographs the Notary must view the negative and the photo before notarizing that it is authentically original. The owner of the photograph may then keep the negative and send the photograph on...I would recommend sending it the 3-5 day Priority mail, which pretty much assures that it will arrive safely. : : : : : The sharper the photo the better outcome we will have when scanning.
