I have an idea similar to Anwenn's, but something I've lifted shamelessly from another fan club. While you're reading, keep your eyes open for a character that Robin would be perfect to play. Then post a short review of the book (or short story, or whatever) and describe the character.
Teit's got a great idea here - But what if everyone keeps an eye out on recent bestsellers - particularly ones that you just KNOW someone in Hollywood is going to pick up on and make a Movie Movie or TV Movie of - (i.e., any John Grisham or Michael Crichton book) and if you see a part that you just know RAD would be perfect for do a post as Teit suggests and we could start promoting Robin Atkin Downes as the only person who could possibly play the role.
When 'Gone With the Wind' first came out in book form there was a major fan reaction that Clark Gable was the only actor who could possibly play Rhett Butler and - despite his own misgivings - Gable got the part.
