Jeffey...you have an excellent way of expressing yourself. I enjoy reading what you write. And I agree with you. Why does everything have to be black and white? I know this really has very little to do with what you said, but there are so many diversities in this country. Why do we choose skin color to obsess about? I recently saw a presentation on the topic of diversity and rather than having several people of different physical appearances present it there were only two people, both black. That is ALL they discussed. I was much angered. We are ALL diverse individuals. But why not focus on our similarities rather than our differences? I leave you with that question for I fear I am getting too wordy.
