Well, I'm in my new place! It's HUGE and now that I have my bed in it as well as my couch and some other things it's much more homey. :) Only one problem...ROACHES!!!!!! I HATE ROACHES!!!!! They're hiding out in the kitchen so I'm deathly afraid to go in there even to eat. I have done it, but only when the light is on. Roaches hide when the light is on thank goodness!!!! I slept with the lights on last night and will probably do so again. Actually I didn't even get to sleep until 5 am this morning because they little suckers were marching across my carpet back and forth all night. I was just sure that if I went to sleep I'd wake up with a dozen of them in bed with me so I just listened to the radio and sobbed half the night. Fortunately I called my manager this morning and she made an appointment for someone to come in and spray to kill them this Friday. So I'm going to have to wait a few more days until Spike and the fish can get moved in. I wish I didn't have to wait that long but I'll survive. I'm now armed with a can of Raid and my mom sprayed the cabinets and around the counters and the lower part of the walls for me. That will at least slow them down a little I hope until the exterminator comes on Friday. *shudder* Well I have internet access now so I'll definitely be in chat tomorrow! :) Talk to you then.
